Transform Your Game with The Hoopers Edge Summer Training Program

The work you put in this summer is what shows up next season.

Over the course of seven weeks in this program, you'll build the kind of athleticism that changes how you play.

You'll get faster, stronger, more explosive, and you'll walk into the fall as a new player your competition has to adjust to.

The ones who take this offseason seriously are the ones who end up playing when it matters most. This is your chance to be one of them.

Serious Training For Athletes Who Want An Edge

A lot of players spend the summer just playing and figure that's enough to get better for the next season. They show up in the fall as the same athlete they were in the spring, and then can't quite figure out why they're not where they need to be.

The Hooper's Edge is built for the player who wants more than that. It's a progressive, college style structured performance program designed to develop what actually gets you minutes: explosiveness, speed, clean movement, real strength, and the kind of confidence that only comes from knowing you did the work nobody saw.

Built To Improve The Things That Actually Matter On The Court

This isn't just random workouts you forget about by August. It's a structured program where every session builds on the one before it. You're not just working to feel like you did something, you're steadily getting better week to week, session to session.

You'll get strong. Build the foundation and capacity to hold your ground, finish through contact, and the ability to stay physical throughout the season.

You'll get explosive. Develop a first step that gets you by defenders, change of direction that creates elite separation, and a vertical allowing you to play at the rim.

And you'll learn to move like an athlete. You will clean up your mechanics so all that new speed and power actually shows up in the game instead of staying just in the weight room.

Built Around Real Athletic Development

Every athlete here trains with intent. Sessions are structured the way college and pro athletes train, then scaled to meet you where you are and push you to your next level.

You'll be pushed hard and held to a standard, and by the time it's ready for pre-season, you'll feel like a genuinely different player than the one from the season before.

Injury Prevention & Long-Term Development

Real durability isn't about avoiding contact. It's about being the one who controls it.

Over the summer you'll train to absorb a hit without losing your spot, to deliver contact and still finish the play, and to hold your ground when someone tries to bump you off the block.

Through structured strength work, landing mechanics, and quality movement, you'll build a body that can deliver physicality, take contact, and perform throughout the season. The goal isn't just to stay healthy, it's to become the player nobody really wants to matchup with.

"I’ve been working with Justin for what will be 4 years this summer. My first two summers I was apart of the summer program.

It really helped me build a foundation for my movement, strength, and speed. Since then I have seen a lot of growth in my speed, developed a stronger frame and base, as well as increase my explosiveness.

All of this has translated to the court making me a better player each year."
